If we start this season with those two
in our starting 11 it will be a clear sign from this organization that nothing has changed and that we will never get it right until both Kroenke and Wenger are gone... neither one of these players should still be with our club at this point because they represent the settling half - measures that have plagued this
team for a number of years... this is what I call the «no man's land» of the soccer world, where
teams don't have enough talented young players, unlike a Monaco or Dortmund, because they have lost the plot from an organizational standpoint... they are so reliant on one individual to run the whole operation that their once relevant scouting department has become so antiquated that it can no longer find those hidden gems it once had... furthermore, when you leave all decision - making to a manager who despises any dissenting opinions, your management

It's difficult to blame Ozil for the difficulties he's faced at Arsenal without looking at the big picture... like the fans, he too was lied to by Wenger... there is no doubt
in my mind that he was told by Wenger that he was trying desperately to recreate our earlier success by acquiring players that fit the system he ran when Henry was
in his prime... as we know this hasn't happened...
in order for Ozl to flourish he needs some speed up front, forwards that can make intelligent runs, a boss
in the midfield to compensate for his obvious defensive liabilities and defenders who can transition from defence to offence quickly and efficiently... much like he had
in Real and with the German National squad... unfortunately he ended up on a squad that has a striker who plays with his back to goal, very few intelligent runs into the box, minus Sanchez, no one to take pressure off him
in the midfield, once Cazorla was injured, average defensive midfielders around him, which simply highlighted his lacking defensive
qualities and defenders who lack the necessary cutting edge when it comes to transitional passing... instead of blaming Ozil, which is simply too easy, especially considering his mopey disposition, we should be asking ownership and / or Wenger why they brought him
in if they didn't intend on doing what was necessary to get the best from him... can you imagine Ozil playing with the likes of Henry, Viera, Petit and Pires, it would be incredibly to watch and even
more difficult to stop... so the only thing different between his experiences
in Real and with the German
team versus his time at Arsenal are the players around him and we all know who is
in charge of making those decisions, the Grinch who stole soccer

If we had 2
more quality players
in the
team, I think we would all feel
more positive about our chances.
We proved at Everton
in the hugely convincing 3 - 0 victory that we have it
in the locker to control a game without taking a gung - ho approach; every Arsenal fan wants to see attacking, fluid football played at the highest level, but most
teams, particularly this season with the increase
in quality across the Premier League, are
more than likely to have something
in response if they exploit tactical weaknesses.
In general our team has goals in it though we need more game changers or characters willing to game the on their own, we have this quality in most departments now except ST. Wenger should aim to beef this section u

I think only barca real or Bayern can tempt those players away from leicester, they would give at least a year to the club, but season after that they will move onto other club depending on their form next season. As for arsenal transfer i wouldn't want to listen to rumours as most of the times these rumours are just utter garbage.i want a certain rumour about Wolfsburg signing giroud to be true.Anyways if our idiotic manager has some sense left
in him after an embarrassing season he should get a premium striker which the club needed for past 4 years. He need to put his ego aside and his old philosophy of waiting for players to develop. We need already established players
in every department of our
team.Penny pinching has cost us just pay the damn money get the players.I get the feeling next season is going to be harder and we have less chance of winning cause man city have had 2 seasons without premier league and guardiola is gonna bring
more quality and hunger to that
team.
It's the manner
in which the best
teams see the reason to strengthen their
teams more, while Arsenal, the Wenger trophy specialists see no need to strengthen the already average squad that could require 2 or
more quality players??
The only
teams that have
more quality in their squads than us are Chelsea and City.
The sad truth is that we are just a couple of players away from having a very strong starting 11... Wenger's fixation with Walcott and mertesakher as starting players remains a mystery to me... neither have the
quality of a top
team like arsenal... I am not a giroud hater but he is still too inconsistent and the big question is whether welbeck can push him
in a way Walcott won't... Campbell has done well and has moved ahead of Walcott and, ox for sure but there is still a question about how much
more he can improve... Elneny is certainly an upgrade over arteta and flamini whether he will make it I don't know just hope that he does but arguably wenger could have been
more ambitious... That leaves a top
quality striking option... There is no doubt that wenger deluded himself over the summer and that needs to be corrected ASAP... Draxler dybala aube and even griezman with a big enough big could have been prized
in summer... january not a good time for this but it is not difficult to find better options than Walcott ox or Campbell... All a question of whether wenger wants to win EPL on his terms or wants to win this for the club
He has
quality, still has plenty of space to grow as a player and now
in a
more balanced
team will hopefully not be rushed back
in and get injured again.
i have stop thinking about who will be selected as the new forward or CB, i am
more pissed off on some players who have took arsenal for granted, a manager who had put too much fate
in them over the last years, a manager who have left the
team short of
quality in certain areas,
in the hope that his prodigies will fill
in nicely, which on the contrary does not happen and leave us wanting
in the last months of the season.
Money is now
more important than any other factor
in deciding the
quality of a top
team in the PL EXCEPT Arsenal and Wenger clearly feels betrayed by United for making it a money game.
United appear to be on a real drive to raise the levels of
quality within their academy, with the report also suggesting that two Belgian teenagers could be heading to United, with the Red Devils perhaps responding to the fact that City have recently opened the # 200 million Etihad Campus
in a bid to produce
more young players for the first
team.
Also you said barring Chambers they've all failed for you.Ok now that's your opinion.I for one think Gibbs, Wilshere and Ox haven't failed but are blighted with injury.A player like Calum Cahmbers is getting worse on the bench. He needs to play for us to see his real
quality whether he's the real deal or not.We need to know.He should go on loan or be allowed to play
more next season.I also don't want to see Mertesacker
in the line up again. What a terrible leader he's been and I said terrible leader not player though I don't rate him he's ok.Arsene must have proper foresight and vision for this current
team to succeed and that's what he lacks. Also mentality of players is terrible I don't even know how to describe it.We have small boys mentality
in al most all games we play.
Need to press harder and constantly... Difference between wenger and guardiola is that spaniard Instills and enforces this
in his
teams... So with same
quality players he builds a
more effective unit... Seeing difference between last weekend and this
sometimes you see players and at an instance you just know they ooze class and bring lots of A-game to the
team, I like kolasnic alot, add just a few
more quality purchases and we're back
in the mix for sure — we can not be complascent, seville and cheski will present a much stiffer test, but both will struggle to contain a fully on song arsenal offensive.
I'd have focused
more on Torres (which I did), the lack of CB depth (I'd prefer to have two
quality CBs to back up a 3 back rather than just one with one of the starters being a converted CDM), the lack of players who fit the outside mid role well
in this formation (which, hey, maybe that's part of what you were referring to), and the fact that when you play
more attackers higher up the pitch, it often requires a
team to be able to implement a high pressuring defensive line (Dempsey and Bruin are not suited for that).
Hope and pray the Board appoints a younger innovative tactical manager who also coaches and brings out the best
in the players, ready to kick their backside when under performing, clears out the deadwoods and signs
quality players to address the deficiency
in the
team,
more proactive on the touchline and ready to go toe to toe against Pep Klopp Mo etc..
My main reason, aside others like not investing
in more quality players and players that fill the correct positions to complete a
team, is HE HAS LOST IT TACTICALLY.
Out of this he should spend that Lacazette money on Lukaku or Morata or Aubameyang.Morata is a player who I feel should he be given a
team where he's the main man he's going to score a lot of goals. There's
more to come from him.I think he'll do well here. It's a shame he usually warms the bench at Madrid. It makes him seem overrated but he's not.Lukaku has the height, physique,
quality, speed, power, technique and finishing that Arsenal need
in a striker. He looks like that kind of player who'll bang
in a lot of goalsif given the chance
in a top
team.Aubameyang is very very fast and clinical and at his age he's at his best.If we sign him it's
more likely he'll be here for a while than most of the two due to his age.
We saw a few
teams add new starters, a few
more pick up
quality backups while others will take their chances
in the NFL draft.
In addition we're too loyal to players who can't stay on the pitch for more than one game a season, Wilshere shouldn't even be considered for the first team until he's fully fit next year, Rosicky should've been released last season, but Wenger used them as an excuse not to buy available quality in midfiel

Sanchez might be
more effective on the wings but we do know he brings unquestionable
quality to the
team Im sure no one would be surprised if he scored 30 + goals a season, he's currently on 5 goals
in the last 5 games.
I mean, I talked about the mentality shift that rarely occurs
in those
teams in previous articles and look, Real played PSG away missing Bale and Benzema but still looked
more likely to win the game than not, even though the hosts had a fully armed squad sparkling of
quality.
Wenger has made a lot of bad signings too don't just say Wenger knows
more football than all of us put together if not we would have a
quality CDM and CB
in the
team right now or he would have signed a striker last winter transfer to allow us to challenge for the league.
