The rest of its changes are all buffs: Stone Edge's
counter now activates much

counter's hit box has been raised to better catch midair opponents; its backward strong attack now deals
more block stun; and the invulnerability period of its low stance strong to high attacks has been increased.
This was just a
quick fix to make it
more functional and we never got around to adding a
more permanent
counter top or floors.
