If desired, roll the bites in

It's totally true that the

raw but it's still better than coco as it's only cooked for tenet minutes rather than boiled and processed for hours!

raw cacao as it is full of enzymes, vitamins, and nutrients that are carefully preserved in the low temperature processing.
At Luz Almond we are proud to use

I've been using
raw cacao powder exclusively lately because it has
more health benefits than regular cocoa powder (it's full of antioxidants!)
The
more raw form your
cacao is, the
more intensified these benefits will be so look out for highly processed forms (
more on this shortly).
Raw cacao has a
more intense flavor than the processed cocoa powder, so even if it's a little
more expensive than this one, it sure worthsevery penny.
This over processing has been known to reduce many of the benefits of the cocoa bean, so you would need to consume a lot
more to get the same affects you could have from smaller quantities of
raw cacao and of course would be unlikely to reduce your sugar cravings if it already contains sugar.
** I use
raw cacao powder but if you want to use cocoa powder instead, try adding a small amount at first as it might give a
more bitter taste.
