Sure I had the obligatory
raw nuts and carrot sticks, but there needed to be something a little

We are bringing

It's funny, I've been making
nut butter for quite some time, but never tried
raw almond at home before... I liked this much
more than any of the
raw nut butters I've purchased.
The
more «stuff» in the salad the better — veggies, leftover chicken,
raw nuts, sautéed mushroom, a little feta cheese.

more expensive but of higher quality and higher nutrient density than the other options

You could also use another
nut butter for the peanut butter if you're allergic to peanuts or you can use
more nut butter, cocoa butter, or even
raw cacao butter in place of the coconut butter I used.

nuts and seeds,
raw carrots, apples, popcorn, chunks of peanut butter, marshmallows, chewing gum and sausages.
They have yummy
raw almonds that our whole family enjoys, Fruit &
Nut Fiber Trail Mix and
more and best of all they're free of artificial preservatives and flavors.
Other great options for pairing with your cheese are
raw olives, dried fruit, spiced
nuts and
more.
Even if you are on a tight budget, you could likely afford to try one new ingredient per week, although I do recommend avoiding
raw food specialty items and superfoods and sticking
more to fresh produce,
nuts, seeds, grains and dried herbs and spices to experiment with if this is the case.
More specifically, stock up on organic blueberries, organic goji berries, wild Alaskan salmon, extra-virgin olive and coconut oils,
raw nuts and seeds, coconut - based yogurt, pasture - raised antibiotic - free eggs, and legumes.
As each stage progresses, you add in
more foods, including eggs, ghee, fresh - pressed juices, casseroles, roasted meats, soaked
nuts and seeds,
raw vegetables, and, eventually, cooked fruit.
