These spring rolls really come in handy when trying to introduce
more raw vegetables into your diet or simply for the days that you just don't feel like having a salad.
For instance, I remember one gentleman by the name Andy who wanted to get rid of his tiredness so I suggested him to avoid coffee, black tea, chocolate, pizza, cheese, sugar and other refined foods and to include in his
diet more raw vegetable salads and some other unrefined raw and nutrient - rich foods.
-- Low - glycaemic diet, no simple sugars (fructose, white flour, corn syrup, etc.), no chocolate & cheese, low fruit diet (fructose),
more raw vegetable juices and raw vegetables.
Since I have been
incorporating more raw vegetables into his diet and greatly reducing his packaged kibble intake, the scratching is less and his black coat is becoming shinier.
Some of the changes are really positive: less french fries,
more raw vegetables and salads, a dairy product served daily.
You can try to compensate for this extra demand by simply eating more and eating extremely well; grazing all day on raw broccoli, freshly juiced raw vegetables, more broccoli and
more raw vegetables... you get the picture!
