recovery, you know and you know, this is something that people hire me to walk them through.
A heart rate elevated by 5 beats over your normal for
more than a few days is in indication you need to back off training and have a big
recovery week.
If it shows let's say a four before
recovery week, then I'm
more confident with the readings.
