You can control the amount of spiciness you like in these carrot fritters by
adding more red pepper flakes to the batter or more jalapeno pepper to the tomato salsa.
I did add mushrooms, 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, a tablespoon of cream cheese, and
more red pepper flakes.
