more religious holidays.
We do not celebrate Jewish holidays (except maybe in New York City), nor any of the Indian, Chinese, African, or even other Christian holidays (such as the Eastern Orthodox holidays; there are many
more religious holidays on the Christian calendar than Christmas and Easter).

holidays have been renamed winter and spring break, no they have not been moved, but they are not considered by most to be
religious in nature any
more.
Add to that the fact that Christmas has become less of a
religious day, and
more of a commercial (secular) day, and we definitely don't take off from work or school for any Christian
religious holidays anymore.
With the possible exception of Christmas, which is arguably
more of a secular
holiday these days than a purely
religious one (or at least equally so,) there are no
religious holidays on the public calendar.
