This was excellent according to him;) I had to buy some
more chicken wings for the next day as there was some left
over sauce and he wanted to have it again.
After the pork went on the grill, I put the left - behind marinade on the stove to simmer and sanitize, then when the pork and pineapple were chopped, I tossed them all in the hot

I also changed the quantities of some of the ingredients, adding
more orange and lemon juice, for instance, to allow for
more sauce to spoon
over the chicken at the end, and to drizzle
over rice or noodles you might like to serve on the side.
I like to make this recipe using all of the marinade to cook the shrimp in, as I like pouring some of the
sauce over my rice as even
more of a flavour bomb!
You can add another tortilla on top or simply add
more enchilada
sauce over the stack (after I took the picture above I added quite a bit of the enchilada
sauce and should have taken another picture:).
If you are someone who likes their lasagna heavy on the
sauce I suggest doubling the ingredients for
more sauce to layer
over top.
I had some leftover Peanut Butter Caramel
Sauce, so I diluted it with a little cream the next day (Since it had become much
more thicker by then) and heated it, poured it
over some vanilla ice - cream and made myself Brownie A La Mode — Heaven on a plate!
But if you have
more time to prepare your dish, I suggest you let the
sauce simmer for
over an hour because the
more you cook it the
more flavourful it will become.
If I do eat it later, I usually add a little
more soy
sauce before eating, as the noodles will soak up the
