bread in dainty tea sandwiches, or spiked with hot sauce and served alongside tortilla chips and crudités.
We often make wraps, which hold
more that two
slices of bread, so its hard to say.
UPDATE: I tried this recipe again today, using one less egg and covering the pan with tin foil for most
of the baking time, which was about 45 minutes or so, and not only did it rise a bit
more, but no thick crust formed so the
bread could be very easily
sliced.
Nothing was better than taking a warm

bread we made with some butter and savoring every single bite that left us wanting
