While I do probably eat
more sweet stuff than I should and I did just go through a (prolonged) frying phase I assure you that I adore vegetables.

Look at your diet, a big part of losing weight is looking at what you eat and cutting out a lot of the bad
stuff, foods and drinks that are high in fat and sugar, such as biscuits, cakes,
sweets, chocolates, fizzy drinks these are very high in fat and sugar and are the main things that cause us to eat
more calories than we need.
