pans absorb
more of the energy coming from the oven walls so they become hotter and transmit heat faster
than light colored

more than 2/3 full - Bake 18 - 20 inutes, or until cake tester comes out clean - Transfer to a cooling rack to cool completely
Review Body: So, maybe it was my technique, but I wouldn't give this recipe
more than 2 - 3 stars... I did not have a large roasting
pan, so I split the veggies and chicken into 2 12x8ish dishes; one a glass Pyrex and the other le creuset stoneware.
It's so much easier
than making batches of cookies, waiting for the
pans to cool, and baking
more batches until the dough is gone.
If you plan to bake this bread in a smaller loaf
pan, be sure to fill it no
more than three - quarters full to prevent the batter from overflowing in the oven.
Note — the Bundt
pan should not be
more than two thirds full.
It's also took quite a bit longer to cook obviously because there's so much
more batter
than should be... This needed to be baked in a larger
pan.
I think my bundt
pan is a bit too small, the batter filled up about a bit
more than 3/4 full.
The edges will be pulling away from the
pan, there will be a cm thick band of brownie around the edge that is slightly
more raised
than the whole brownie (if that makes sense... just look at it in the
pan and you'll see)... just don't over bake.

pan dinners are my new obsession and you can pretty much accomplish any meal this way and it tastes way
more fabulous
than baked in a casserole dish.
