more than the paperback copy and even worse more than the hardcover after the paperback has come out.
That's why there are e-books selling for

There's no reason for an ebook to cost
more than a paperback, much less more than a hardback.
And if launching the book in 9 different formats ALL require writing and editing, why am I paying
MORE than the paperback buyer?
That gives Apple more price flexibility, and should hopefully avoid absurd situations where the digital version costs much
