I had been taking up 10 capsules of high grade turmeric a day... and now with two dropperfuls of this product I'm receiving
more turmeric in my system.
The problem for many people is getting used to its unique taste so I have come up with some creative ways to get
more turmeric in your diet.
I think everyone should include
more turmeric in their diet, regardless of estrogen dominance.
So with the help of the aforementioned article and others like it, I started trying to incorporate
more turmeric in my diet (because why not?!).

Not exact matches
If not using ginger combine cold milk with the rest of the ingredients
in a blender and serve over ice, sprinkled with
more turmeric and black pepper, if desired.
We've got roasted sweet potatoes, chickpeas, mushrooms, spinach and vine tomatoes, which we've served with a
turmeric scramble (the recipe for that is
in Deliciously Ella With Friends) but you can definitely swap that out for something else, if you think your Dad is
more scrambled eggs than scrambled tofu!
Also, I would never add 4 tsp of
turmeric, it is way too pungent, so reduced the quantity (
in Indian food that I make everyday at home, I never add
more than a quarter of a tsp for the quantities mentioned; and reduced quantity of cumin too;

What's even
more exciting is that there's
turmeric which is probably the healthiest superfood on earth (and it just so happens my husband hates it — the
turmeric that is ~ but you know what, he didn't mind it at all
in this seasoning.

I also threw
in a little
more turmeric (just two shakes or so) at the end.
The combination of the collagen proteins
in the gelatin, the medium chain fats
in the coconut milk and the anti-inflammatory and liver cleansing properties of
turmeric, these bars will help make you happier and
