Not eating meat means
vegetables have to get
more exciting, so I've been experimenting with new salad
combinations and this was one of my favourites by far.
Combining fruits and
vegetables in a salad is always a great
combination and then the buckwheat sprouts kind of give each bite a chewy hearty texture that makes this salad much
more like a meal than a side dish.

Love ramen noodles, they work with so many
combinations it is a great alternative to
vegetable soups, just throwing a few ingredients and the lunch or dinner is done, also this recipe is amazing if you want something a little bit
more satiating than a soup.
