I've been working on eating
more vegetarian meals, which is difficult when my husband gets disappointed when there isn't some sort of animal on his plate.
While it would be ideal if everyone
ate more vegetarian meals, I know a plant based diet isn't for all.
So am looking for
more vegetarian recipes that include high quality protein like lentils, beans, quinoa, nuts and seeds, and eggs, that also appeal to the kids.
So I'm looking
for more vegetarian options that have protein because I can hardly make it more than a few hours without eating if I just eat veggies.
I've been working on a new vegetarian package and a
few more vegetarian recipes for the existing packages.
Experiment
with more vegetarian recipes, try new fruits and choose whole - wheat breads or brown rice instead of the white versions whenever possible.

I am
becoming more Vegetarian and because I exercise so much, I can consume enough calories to get enough protein on a mostly plant based diet.
