When my calendar reflects that I can't do a meeting on Wednesday and Friday
mornings before 9 a.m. because I
cook breakfast and drive a carpool, then it's amazing how meetings just don't get scheduled.
My husband and some other men at our church get up every Saturday
morning and go buy and
cook breakfast for our local men's shelter.
Eventually her and I
cooked breakfast each
morning together.
The other awesome thing about this is that you can make it the night before and leave it in your fridge to take with you in the
morning if you're in a rush, so you can eat a deliciously healthy
breakfast and feel energised and awesome all
morning without having to prepare or
cook anything early in the
morning!

When my husband (Steve) spots the crazed look in my eyes as I walk through the door after my Saturday
morning long run, he knows his best line of defense is to start
cooking breakfast.
My son had two neighborhoods brother friends for a sleep - over last night, so I made French Toast Frittata with the coconut flour bread for
breakfast this
morning (sliced or broken bread soaked in 5 beaten eggs, a good «glug» of raw whole milk, cinnamon, nutmeg [there is a higher egg to bread ratio than in conventional French Toast] all poured into a hot buttered sauté pan, cover and turn down heat to medium - low,
cook until nearly set, place pan in 350 °F oven until eggs are completely set on top and starting to brown, about 6 - 10 minutes usually, flip over onto large plate and cut into wedges for serving).
Muffins are great, especially when you got kids and they woke you up early in the
morning and they want you to
cook breakfast.
In fact, since I finished
cooking them this
morning I went ahead and had a bowl with almond milk and honey for
breakfast instead of my routine oatmeal.
