I also use my own muesli with fruit in the
morning and oats and fresh veg for lunch with
veggie juice for lunch, or quick dinner etc..
I typically do a smoothie (with veggies, fruits, superfoods and nut milk) in the
morning, and a lighter
veggie juice in the afternoon with leafy greens, cucumber, celery, carrots, beets, ginger, lemon and turmeric.
I don't recommend having coffee first thing in the
morning, so you should start your day with warm water and lemon and / or an alkalizing fresh pressed
veggie juice....
