This is just
about the craziest,
most decadent fall
breakfast I've ever made.
I wouldn't put it passed me to have shuffled a stack of chocolate chips and glass of milk into my face and called it the
most important meal of the day once or twice, but I'm talking
about these bad boys, that you can actually eat for
breakfast and still earn your gold star for whole grains and fruit first thing in the morning.
And I'm still trying to get better
about having
breakfast,
most mornings I just reach for coffee and yogurt!
Another good thing
about this smoothie is that while it can
most certainly be dessert, it can also easily pass for
breakfast.
While you may think you're being good and cutting out some calories,
most breakfast cereals are either loaded with sugar, and / or fill you up for
about 5 seconds..
Breakfast, however, is a meal when I can eat savory or sweet (
most often sweet) and not bat an eyelash
about it.
Sweet Potato Waffles These waffles have sweet potatoes built right into them, so you are getting antioxidants and fiber with your
breakfast, not something you can say
about most breakfast dishes.
The thing I like the
most about this recipe is that you can cook extra sweet potato hash for dinner and keep some for
breakfast.
Breakfast is the

breakfast and used to eat at
about 10 am, since starting 5:2 however I was stretching out my first meal until at least 12 noon
most days, so in effect I have been fasting in different ways for 6 months and now weigh 10 lbs more than when I started.
I love the gold detail around the drawers and there is just something
about these nightstands that reminds me of when we were in England years ago and stayed at some of the
most charming Bed and
Breakfast hotels.
I love
breakfast too, but I'm pretty plain Jane
about it
most of the time.
