This indelible record of both the
ancestral native inhabitants and subsequent settlers is revisited in as much as any other
form by following along the myriad trails running throughout the canyon's length, vestiges of a time when travel by foot was the safest and often
most expedient way to access its remote interior and when our interaction with the world around us often came one step at a time.
