By now I am almost fully pledged vegetarian (I still eat fish sometimes
though, but that need decreases) As a former meat eater I enjoyed Golabki, Flaki and Pierogies, both are polish cuisines because even

There are some new - ish
cooking coconut oils that have undergone some type of process to remain liquid at slightly lower temperatures — I would avoid these (this isn't something I've ever seen in store
though —
most are just coconut oil).
Most of the time
though I am
cooking for just myself.
And
though I hate to admit it because it's not super cool or trendy, one of my
most used volumes is Bittman's original How to
Cook Everything.
For me it's always been classified as one of the light desserts... I think nowadays
most home French
cooks (and also pastry chefs) make much lighter desserts than those from the Julia Child's times (
though some can not be slimmed down, alas....).
Thankfully
though, this babymoon hit when I was towards the end of my 1st trimester and could tolerate
most foods, but still wanted nothing to do with
