Simple enough to be whipped up in no time at all, versatile enough to be eaten, like
most egg dishes, for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Fortunately, I've gotten pretty good with working around the egg part of
most egg dishes.

It's so interesting because in the little bit of research I did on raw
eggs in cooking, it only seems to be we Americans who are concerned about them,
most of the rest of the world eats raw
eggs in certain
dishes without a second thought.

egg dishes.
BUT, there are some
dishes that I like the notion of —
most often because of the texture, a spice blend, or maybe a sauce — but like MUCH better veganized; think buffalo wings, seafood gumbo, chicken salad,
egg salad, etc..
One of their
most obvious uses is for hummus or falafel, but they can also be used in shakshuka, a North African
dish that uses tomato sauce as a base for cooking
eggs.
And Indians have some of the
most flavorful
egg dishes in the world, thanks to the country's adoration for spices of all shapes and colors.
