While
most of our
family and friends prefer to arrive just before the first pitch, Dad and I
love getting to the ballpark as early as possible to watch batting practice.
Most of my
family does not share my
love of leftovers, but they do like baked goods.

love sweet potatoes, but
most of my
family doesn't, so this dish, with just a hint
of sweetness, was a perfect compromise.
My husband is one
