As prevention seems to be the best solution to
most things, here is my best advice (i.e. guidance, encouragement, not evidence - based): Don't wait too long (say past 6 or 8 weeks) because babies get to a point where Mama's warm body is really the

most vegans are pretty well versed on B12, but there are some people that think they can get adequate amounts from
