Supta Baddha Konasana is an excellent preparatory pose for a number of different poses, including many standing poses, Gomukhasana, Malasana, Padmasana, and
most seated twists and forward bends.

Upavistha Konasana is a good preparation for
most of the
seated forward bends and
twists, as well as the wide - leg standing poses.
The film had a lot of plot
twists and, like
most action films, it was about blowing up things and killing people but it also had heart - touching moments as well as moments that had you on the edge of your
seat.
