The throttle bodies snarl and gargle like a demented BDA and although it's great fun I suspect it might be a bit noisy for
most trackdays.
As regards a helmet, if you don't have one
most trackday companies will hire one to you (check and book in advance), but if you are going to do it regularly then it's wise to invest in one.

The standard Sport set - up prioritises ride - comfort and is engineered to be the best fit for
most regular drivers, while the more uncompromising Cup option is for hardy types and
trackday fiends.
