The problem is that many sweeteners (
mostly powder based) contain sugar based fillers.

After a little research,
mostly based on protein content, I determined that 1 teaspoon of Nori
powder is the equivalent of 1 Nori sheet, and that worked out perfectly.
My rule of thumb: stick with plant
based protein
powders that have
mostly (or all) organic ingredients you recognize as real food.
My current diet is
mostly plant -
based, no dairy, little if any meat, and I add juiced beets, kale, lemons, carrots, celery, parsely to a blended salad with spinach and romaine, RAW Life protein
powder and ground flax seed daily.
