coast of Lake Michigan because the lake had become 30 % more salty then when they first started using it.
We also expect to
move the vessel

coast to other sites in the region such as Cape Jules, Port Martin and perhaps the French station of Dumont D'Urville.
There is still some chance for an upward
move in Nino1 +2 in the coming few weeks, but since Nino1 +2 has already dropped by a considerable amount, even some rise, or pause in the decrease, will not translate to implications for important rainfall activity
along the South American
coast — at least not in the coming few weeks.
The system would be portable (to be deployed anywhere
along the Gulf
Coast or East
Coast), and would be capable of being
moved into place and «constructed» (essentially filled with water) in 2 - 4 days.
From there, that mass of warm Pacific surface water splits and
moves north and south
along the
coasts of Asia and Australia towards the Poles.
For example, the Gulf Stream
moves huge amounts of warm water from the tropics up
along the east
coast of North America and across to northern Europe.

From there they can make landfall
along the Mississippi
coast, where they do the most damage, before
moving further inland as they become tropical storms before eventually dying out.
