Now, lets
move on to the indoors... of course we all know that a garden stool can be used next to a chair but this one I found at HomeGoods (I've linked similar ones here & here) is multipurpose because it has the cutout down below that holds my son's books next to his reading chair so now it also becomes a shelf for books or anything else you might want to display inside of the cutout, therefore proving again just how versatile the garden stool can be (I give more advice about how to style shelves and
console tables here)!
Table Top Racing: World Tour marks the series debut on
consoles, and while the formula of mini cars, power - ups and larger than life tracks hasn't been altered too much, the
move to
consoles means the audience has different expectations compared to the mobile market.
The Eurogamer report certainly suggests the company is
moving in a dramatically different direction than what Microsoft and Sony have brought to the eighth - generation
console table.
Originally I was saving up to get a new desk and then I was going to
move my old desk to the left wall and turn it into a
console table.
From the front, this modern
console table looks like the legs taper, but as you
move around the side, you can see that they taper on both sides giving the effect of a twisted leg.

We
moved it to a
console table in our pantry (http://theinspiredroom.net/2013/03/19/organized-kitchen-pantry-pictures/) but we actually don't even have a microwave anymore now — ours broke a few months ago and we just decided we didn't really need one, ha!
And speaking of Presto Chango's - we
moved the neon green wicker
console table out of the Mess Hall yesterday...
It's
moved just slightly beside the base of the lamp because if it was any more to the right it would have visually covered up the lamp base and would have ruined the symmetrical look of the pair of lamps on the
console table.
We plan on
moving the sailboat photograph to above the black
table and possibly building a TV
console to fit competely on that wall.
In the meantime, though, I
moved our koa
console table (which started out in the entry and more recently spent some time in the master bedroom) out to the dining area so we can get a feel for the size and whether it would interfere with the traffic pattern to the guest room (good news — it doesn't).
I have the
console table * for now * but I always figured it would
move somewhere else.
And it can also double as a vanity or
console table if I ever
move things around.
