Keep both a heavier and lighter set of
weights by your side, Booker suggests, so you can switch up or down depending
on the difficulty of the
movement.
Using a chain and
weight plate in this fashion allows you to
keep massive tension
on the biceps at the top of the curl
movement.
The rowing
movements should be done with a moderate
weight,
keeping your lower back arched and tight and concentrating
on squeezing the shoulder blades together behind you at the contraction of the rep.. This squeezing will help strengthen the muscles that pull your shoulders back, helping to correct the slouching.
