We last wrote about this movie in 2014, without any updates since then, only confirming that Shane Black was writing the treatment and directing the movie (his follow - up to The Nice Guys and Iron Man 3) but not writing the script by himself.

I won't make any remarks about how I can't remember anyone clamoring for a second Men in Black movie, because apparently this largely pointless sequel made big bucks at the American box office during its opening weekend.
