moving Objective mode, plus a dozen of the game's Mercs, special characters who each pack their own unique skills and weapons.

I agree with you that they've showed some nerve, but it's pretty common for people to get defensive when hit with unexpected criticism (even if it's not the most mature response), and sometimes it takes awhile to
move out of pissed - off
mode into a more
objective mindset.
However unlike the traditional gameplay
modes, there are a set number of
objectives such as performing a certain
move at a particular time which then offers the player access to some interesting unlockable items.
The
objectives themselves are pretty simply and it does feel like more could have been done with the concept, but it forces you and your to actually
move around the map and go on the offensive rather than just stay hunkered down in a single spot for the entire game, which is a problem horde - style
modes in other games suffers from.
The new
objective - oriented War
mode includes all kinds of various activities such as
moving a tank, building a bridge, and capturing point after point, so traditional gunning for a big kill - death - assist ratio is a thing of the past.
There's a tutorial
mode to help guide you through the basics of the game before
moving into a singleplayer campaign where you're given a series of
objectives, like selling X amount of copies of one game, for example.

move up the field as you race from San Francisco to New York, covering miles and miles of US roads.

move away swiftly from that
mode of representation, positioning themselves as transient moments (in the artist's visual present or in his memories of such moments) and simultaneously as
objective ideas about color, forms, and composition - that is, about painting itself.
The smaller scale made the
mode more intimate and everything from the
objectives to
moving to different points on the map felt snappier while retaining the tactical edge of Galactic Assault.
