And when acting on a buyer's APS (in sub agency) we were required to spell out the buyer's arranged financing in detail on the offer (x amount of
mtg, at x rate, for a term of x, amortized semi-annually not in advance, payment including or not including taxes) and accompany the offer with a commitment letter from the buyer's bank or mortgage
broker.
