much more than
food.
Doctors don't usually have
much knowledge
about infant nutrition as they recommend solid
food much too early and they tend to favor cereals as a good
food for
babies.
And I feel so strongly
about that, that I am donating my freezer stock to HMBANA as often as I fill up the freezer; all
babies deserve as
much of nature's perfect
food as we can possibly provide them with, particularly in their first year (although AAP recommends up to age 2!).
If you give your
baby a Waring blend of your supper, think
about how
much sodium is in your
food — or the
baby may get a lot of extra salt.
Especially in the age of the Internet, new parents are bombarded with information
about everything from organic
baby food to how
much a
baby should sleep.
You may not care so
much about organic ice cream, but 40 % of you buy only organic
food for your
babies and toddlers.
Also, a
baby's stomach is
about the size of a ping - pong ball — it can't accept that
much food.
But as
much as I read
about health and nutrition, I found that there was no single complete book
about how to feed a
baby healthy
food.
Finally, let's talk
about how
much food you should give your
baby.
While that might sound expensive, think
about how
much money you currently spend on
baby food.

I wish i can post a video of my chat with my cutie, he will be four months in less than 3 days from this writing and although he has been on formula since he was born, i felt like introducing something solid even if he has to eat it once per day, i have read so
much about babies and solid
food and have made a hell of research and gone through so many
baby food, reading every content and realized that the best bet is from six months.However research also showed me that in between 4plus that a
baby is good to go, have been thinking
about the best solid to start with until i saw the above content, sure i will start with rice cereal if not cimilac anyway.
She's a human
baby, after all, so all the stuff
about food size and choking and her learning process (which BLW is
about, as
much or more than it's
about actual nutrition) is the same for her and you as it is for the kid on that site whose mom is wearing that black lace nursing bra.
Your
baby will never starve himself and the best thing you can do is to just continue to offer the
foods and try and relax
