much about comps I ones had a a rft file that i tried to get rid of & it seemed nothing worked, so I emptied my hd of all important files & ran ccleaner drive wiper & it got rid of it.

about 25 years older than
comps (but again, I don't think that matters as
much when you are talking
about 60 + year old properties).
I was also intrigued by this property because the rental
comps was
about 655 - 695 and one of the units is currently renting for $ 650 and the other 3 unit I feel you could raise the rent to match and this would make the numbers
much more favorable.
When I asked the wholesaler
about their «proof» of value, they used
comps miles away, that were
much nicer, and sold over a year ago when demand was better.
Instead of asking directly how
much the home is worth, you ask indirectly, by seeking information
about comparable sales, or «
comps.»
