I haven't heard
much about oats producing gas so I'm not sure the answer to your question.

Once it's nicely rubbed in you then leave the mask on for
about an hour, the mask is pretty
much clear by this time as the
oats have all been rubbed off so it's primarily banana and honey, which together are incredibly soothing.

In fact, many foods that have
much to recommend them cause problems for me...... wheat,
oats, onions, tomatoes, squash...... Sometimes I get excited
about something you discuss on a video, but evenutally find that I have to avoid it, if I want to feel good.

about this new love of mine, a.k.a. matcha overnight

They are higher in protein than brown rice but it depends how
much of them you eat, and what else you eat, Every 100 grams of dry
oats contains
about 13 grams of protein (whereas brown rice has
about 8 grams).
