about every day and I have an over all healthy diet; i eat as
much protein as i can and i usually stay away from simple
carbs and fast food.
There's so
much confusion these days
about what a healthy diet that promotes fat loss really is... after all, we are bombarded by conflicting messages in the media
about what is healthy and what is not, and you have all of these gimmicky diet books
about low
carb, low fat, high protein, vegetarian, fasting, atkins, south beach, liquid diets, and hundreds more.
Then I said, ok lets up the
carbs, now I average
about 50 net
carbs per day, a little less on days that I'm not in the gym and I feel soooo
much better and am
much more pleasant to be around.
One of the reasons that low
carb dieting has worked for me is that i can eat plenty.There is no way that i could have lost so
much weight in such a short period of time at 100k calories per day.That's
about 1 lb in 36 days.Give me a break.I probably average 2,500 - 4,000 low
carb calories daily.More ketones don't help a person burn significantly more calories but they don't have to.

carbs, sometimes more if I eat berries.
I think whole fruits are ok, just choose the lower sugar fruits, and be careful
about how
much you eat at a time (to avoid blood sugar spikes) and consider how
much it consumes of your goal for average
carb intake per day.
Weight loss, weight gain and maintaining your weight is all
about how
much you eat and not when, where, or what you eat (maybe with the slight exception of simple
carbs) and...
Compare this to dieting, where you constantly have to worry
about what you order when you eat out, and then feel bad if you eat too
