Hi Ivan, I started following the guidelines dramatically cutting carbs, eating 8 to 10 servings of veggies / fruit a day and not caring so
much about fats (only the good ones though) and training exclusively aerobically at or under my MAF.

fat while taking up less space, the end result is that you may stay
about the same weight while getting

fat, but does consist of healthy ingredients... and I've lost a lot of weight without worrying

much the same between refined or extra virgin coconut oil.

I have learned so
much about cooking, using spices and herbs
fats and oils, and how to prep and prepare all my meals.
I feel compelled to write this, not because I care (
about fat) that
much, but because I feel like people are being misled.
All of these things are important to me, and I'd
much rather see people using organic sugar in their own home before going to the grocery store and buying a cake that contains 100 ingredients, including trans

You need to ignore all the alarm bells

much fat though as MFP is stuck in low
fat / calorie mode.

much room temperature here is
about 33 already, so its impossible to cool down the chocolate to 27 C, i tried to use cool water and put in on the bottom of melting chocloate (after i melt it to 46C) then when it reach 27C i heat it to 33C, then i put it in my room and i use air conditioning temperature of 25C, next day when i woke up it shows
fat blooming.
Don't worry
about the
fat so
much when eating paleo — it's what keeps you full.

This book really talks
about how to use protein and

much depth - it's more

Limiting your food intake too
much will mean your blood sugar will crash, you will crave sugar of some sort (and then feel bad
about the fact that you are craving sugar) and your hormones will make you hold onto every last bit of
fat as long as possible because you seem to be starving!
