Additional features for the 2015 Impala my include — depending on the trim level and option packages — back up camera, a stereo system, LCD display, a variety of seating materials, panic and security alarms, remote keyless entry, variably intermittent wipers, disc brakes, ABS brakes,
traction control, electronic stability control, plenty of air bags, turn signals in the mirrors, tilt and telescopic steering wheel with mounted audio and cruise controls and
much more.
I think the sentiment among many who have answered here (that there is not
much incentive given the liability structure in the US) is certainly correct, and it explains why chip and signature has gained some
traction while chip and pin has not, but I think there is an
additional element at play here.
