I am just wondering how
much the recipe for
apple puree on page 40 makes as I see that most of the recipes call for 200g.
I made it with fresh
apples that I had just
pureed with a vitamix, so it was a little undersweet (cooked applesauce is
much sweeter) but still fantastic.
After
much research I located Bionaturae which uses
apple puree to sweeten their nectars.
For younger babies:
Puree until smooth, adding as
much apple juice as required to reach the correct consistency.
