much arrowroot powder you consider «ample» as I used close to 1/2 a bag!

Just taste it for sweetness and slowly add the
arrowroot powder to thicken it to make sure you don't add too
much / too little.
You can use coconut flour in place of
arrowroot powder if needed (I believe twice as
much coconut flour works).
There's not
much to it — just berries,
arrowroot powder and a splash of maple — but it cooks up beautifully and makes for the perfect topping with the simple whipped coconut cream.
