much exclusively see
pumpkin in sweet dishes, but in Australia, it was on menus everywhere roasted
as a delicious side dish and I completely fell in love.

I'll admit
as much as I've been ready for

Tips for eating more:
Pumpkin seeds taste great sprinkled on a salad, and they can also be eaten by themselves
as a snack,
much like sunflower seeds.
Plus,
pumpkin is so good for you and doesn't have
as much fat
as the cashews.
Because
as much as they would be a crazy amazing breakfast, I think they could easily double
as a sweet snack and I NEED
pumpkin things on hand at all times this month.

It's almost
