The qualifying criteria for claiming a product is a «source» of dietary fibre is just 2g per serving, for example, and depending on the serving size this may not amount to
much at all.
The people in my life that I love deserve that
much at least.
I wonder if it was too
much at once or if it's something about how coconut oil reacts with another ingrdient... maybe the yogurt?
If you use liquid stevia to sweeten the milk, start with just a few drops and add more if desired... it won't take
much at all!

Part of it I believe is just my body having trouble digesting that
much at once — the other part may be coconut oil's effect on the thyroid.
Why spend that extra money at the coffee shop this Fall when you can make that great tasting Pumpkin Spice Latte you like so
