It would take
much better paleo data to sort out the poles, until then, all we have is roughly 50 year smoothed data based on isotope ratios that seem to be reasonable trustworthy and tonyb:)

I used to snack all the time, because I was hungry all the time, but it got
much better with
paleo eating.
I think the
paleo sweets have a palate adjustment, but knowing how
much healthier they are I am adjusting
well.
Paleo grass - fed ground beef is not only easy on the budget —
well not
much Paleo is easy on the budget — but for
Paleo, ground beef is easier on the budget than most meals, that's for sure.
I find the higher fat low carb type
Paleo intake is
much better for me and has helped me to lose 75 pounds, get my blood sugars under
much better control, get off 5 meds and 75 % of my diabetic meds so I'm a very happy LOW CARB HIGH FAT

Paleo lifestyle is a
good way to go no matter how
much time you have.
This is
much better than regular gluten free bread (which even that I can't eat, since I'm
paleo)- I'll be baking it weekly from now on!
It is going
well but I'm in the midst of writing a
Paleo dessert which is causing some cheating to occur (it's been interesting though to see how
much worse I feel when I eat sugar).
It will be okay,
much better than going on as you have been, making up excuses not to try
paleo eating.
Paleo friendly, low carb, made with simple healthy ingredients, and pretty
much good on EVERYTHING!
I tested this method using my
Paleo Pumpkin Spice Muffins, and the results were super-dry when replacing the maple syrup with a 1:1 ratio of date paste, but if you double the amount of date paste, the texture and sweetness are
much better.
I've tried the keto and the
Paleo breads and they are too eggy and not
much good for sandwiches at all.
They are cake - like molasses raisin nut cookies, and I have not been able to find a
paleo alternative that tastes

much more potassium in avocados and bananas.

paleo diet is
much better than the Western diet in terms of disease prevention.

Well, how do you account for my MGUS level that went down last year to a
much better level, while I was on the
Paleo (PHD) and taking lots of vitamins, including the B vitamins, only to have the MGUS score be elevated again on the most recent visit to the Oncologist?
Compared to the large majority of diets out there that often contain animal products in them including (
Paleo diet, Atkins diet, South Beach), it is
much better as it is all plant based and so can help people heal diseases, including cancer, heart disease and type 2 diabetes.

I can't find this info anywhere, and all I know is that I am getting worse.Been on a
paleo diet and things got worse, like me developing carpal tunnel syndrome, mctd, shortness of breath in a daily basis for 1 year and a half, excruciating back pain that stops me from moving, alopecia areata coming back, depression and so on I have been taking stress response by gaia, selenium and other things with little help.Really don't know what else to do.I'm still 20 lb overweight even though my tsh went down.While my tsh went down, my antibodies went up from over 500 to over 700 now being on a grain and dairy free diet.While on natural thyroid my mind and body were so
much better, but now supposedly are not
good for me.My doc told me he could loose his license if he would prescribe that to me, which I know is lie.
There is so
much misinformation on the Internet that a large portion of the country thinks they are doing
well by following the latest quack diet like
Paleo, low - carb, low - fat, and many more that simply do not focus on the nutrition / calorie ratio of whole plant - based products.
I know
paleo won't magically cure every injury ever, but it certainly makes the healing process faster /
better, not to mention how
much more you can gain from each workout.
