If you start training again but keep your diet the same, you probably won't lose that
much bodyfat even though you will add muscle tissue.
If a person starts building up
much bodyfat or feels sluggish this aerobic type training is also helpful.

6,000 — 10,000 calories tells it something else — and in my opinion that something is get
much bigger by storing
bodyfat and a bigger musculature.
To be totally honest, people who take steroids are probably not going to have to do
much aerobically because anabolics have a slight thermogenic effect and also they will be in such a superior muscle building situation that most gains (initially at least — not long term) will be in the way of muscle, not
bodyfat.
At I do struggle a bit to find the right caloric intake for the level of activity since it varies so
much and I although I am athletic i still want to loose some
bodyfat.
I would rather see newcomers to fitness do a
much more gradual program that would allow them to both add muscle and lose
bodyfat at the same time and for this you want at most a 10 % caloric deficit.
Again, like with weight training, most people kinda wing their diet, and then they wonder why they either aren't building muscle like they want to, or why wonder why they're gaining too
much excess
bodyfat along with that muscle.
I lost alot of weight but was experiencing muscle weakness, lack of concentration, was tired, and not really losing
much in the way of

Low
bodyfat levela are as
much or more a function of nutrition as training, in my opinion.
While I don't think exercise alone can achieve FAT loss (not weight loss), I do think that someone running or walking five miles per day and engaging in some sort of strength training is going to lose a
much higher percentage of
bodyfat and less muscle mass than someone who is sedentary.
The changes you need to make to lose weight and reduce your
bodyfat are
much smaller than you fear and they are easier to live with than you could possibly imagine!
All in all I dropped fourteen pounds of
bodyfat (but look
much bigger).
I've reached a
bodyfat percentage of below 9 %, so I don't plan on losing
much further weight either.
The thing is that I think the problem's related to the
bodyfat (with probably some water) which creates too
much estrogen on top of normal production and I think (I seem to have high Cortisol, though I don't have a high stress lifestyle) too
much progesterone is being turned into cortisol.
Weight loss means nothing as
much as having the correct body comp (I can weigh more than now, but have more muscle and less
bodyfat which is the key to better health and metabolism), so I have no interest in «losing weight» per se.
