The most available peanut
butter is in cans, and is almost pure peanut purée - actually healthier (less sugar and fat) and I think tastier than the US stuff -
though also
much thicker and grainier.

One thing I should mention
though - it'll probably have a
much nuttier taste if you go with cashew
butter, because most cashew
butter is made from cashews that are roasted.
The problem for us vegans
though is the classic French mashed potatoes that we loved so
much as non-vegans were loaded with cows milk and
