much carbs for me in it, and how much would I need for recipe?
This is a really great recipe but a bit too
much carbs for people with issues like diabetes.
Based on my clinical experience and understanding of our metabolic pathways, at this time I feel over 100 gm per day is too
much carb for anyone.
Anything like Lo Han powder or maple syrup is too
much carb for me.

I think better batter will probably be a good option
for white flour substitution, but I used almost exclusively whole wheat flours before and can't get past using so
much pure
carb, no / low protein stuff primarily.
It took a long time to begin eating line caught, stainable, local fish and my health is so
much better
for it, as well as the good fats, no sugar and low
carbs.

The little pizzas are perfect
for me since I try to eat low
carb and good
for children's lunch boxes since they only take a few minutes to make and they don't take up too
much room in their lunch boxes.
Much better than my last attempt at low

My drizzled chocolate was pretty ugly (I've never been good at «pretty» food), and dipping them probably would have been easier, but they taste amazing and the macros on them are pretty
much where I wanted them (165 cal, 4 net
carbs, 13.5 g fat and 6.5 g protein
for each ball).
Instead of spending the entire
carb budget on 1 or 2 pieces of fruit, it would be better spent eating plenty of low -
carb vegetables, which are
much more nutritious, calorie
for calorie.

Quinoa has a slightly nutty flavor by itself, but when you add other flavors to it it just makes it that
much better, and is a great low -
carb substitution
for rice dishes.
For instance, my body doesn't seem to do well with extremes: too little food, a raw food diet, too
much animal protein or refined

much natural sugar, added sugar, extremely high amounts of protein or extremely high amounts of fat, etc. etc. etc..
Besides being a
