I just mixed it up and it's too thick for my beaters to keep beating and I had to press it into the corners of the bread pan... I followed the measurements and if I erred it was on a little too
much egg and oil, etc, not flour.

much you can do with this i love Cauli fried rice... add
egg, peas, spring onion, bacon in small cubes
and sesame

The mini cupcake / brownie is only about 40 - 50 calories because there is no
oil /
eggs / butter,
and the topping is only about 20 - 30 calories because there's not that
much of it!
The only thing I had trouble with was that I needed to transfer my batter to a large mixing bowl because the batter rose so
much after adding the
eggs,
oil and garlic to the dry ingredients.
The
egg should have cooked in the oven
and bound it all together so I'm not sure what went wrong for you — it's possible that they needed to bake longer,
and if they were really oily tasting then they absorbed too
much during frying which might suggest your
oil wasn't hot enough.
Sunday mornings everyone gathers at the Ojai Certified Farmers» Market for the choicest fresh fruits
and vegetables, local jams
and honey, olive
and walnut
oil, free range
eggs, prepared delectables
and much more.
Sautéed here with plenty of other veggies, just a touch of sesame
oil,
and eggs for some protein, it becomes a
much lighter version of Chinese fried rice.
As an ingredient alternative, chia seed gel can replace as
much as 25 % of
oil or
eggs and produce a more nutritious product without sacrificing flavor or texture.
(For the record, I've been doing the salted OJ with
eggs for breakfast, eating more smaller meals to keep blood sugar balanced, drinking the balanced coffee, adding in fruits for carbs, trying to use coconut
oil,
and avoiding PUFAs as
much as possible.)
Sugar should be avoided as
much as possible as well as all types of meat, fish, avocados, olives, alcohol, sugar, full - fat dairy products,
egg yolks, nuts
and oils, including olive
oil.
In terms of the overall nutrient content, there is little difference between dairy,
eggs,
and meat so the overall food intake of many vegetarians is not that
much different from that of health conscious meat eaters due to a high consumption of dairy,
eggs,
and oil.
My current diet include organic green leaf vegetables
and lot of fat,: sour cream,
eggs, rib - eye steak, clarified butter,
and once in while coconut
oil (I can't take too
much coconut
oil because my body seems to still react to it).
The basics: - EAT nourishing, nutrient dense food: meat (organic
and free range is best), seafood, vegetables,
eggs, nuts, fruits, fat (such as ghee, coconut
oil, beef tallow, duck fat, olive
oil), as
much or as little safe starch as works for you (potatoes, sweet potatoes, rice, etc.) as
much or as little full fat dairy as works for you (butter, cheese, cream, yogurt, sour cream)
and dark chocolate of course.

eggs a day, butter
and coconut
oil (2tbs a day of each), not
much beef for now (twice a week maybe) since I feel very gross out now that I have nausea
and afternoon sickness.

much olive
oil and how many
eggs I've thrown away trying to make homemade mayo
and having it fail.

oil, tomato pomace, roasted venison, potato fiber, flaxseed, fish meal, salt, dried chicory root, blueberries, vitamin E, zinc, copper, potassium iodide
and much more.
Because
oil companies have spent the last 30 + years trying to maximize shareholder value, increase their bookable reserves (discovered
oil that they can claim on their books)
and outsource
much of their day - to - day production operations, they were already in a position where they had too many
eggs in a highly unstable basket.
