Mostly the more protein I been eating, I eat stuff like

bacon, meats, fruits, veggies, I also take a vitamin supplement to help more where I wasn't eating as

There is
much to choose from — bricher muesli, fritatta, scrambled
eggs and salmon or
bacon, pancakes, muffins, homemade bread
and jam, fresh juices
and good coffee.
We are trying to offer as
much local produce as possible in our breakfasts i.e. the
bacon, sausage, milk, yoghurt,
eggs, jams,
and most of the cheese are locally produced.
