So indulging too often, can mean we are consuming way too
much extra sugar... and likely getting a head start on the holiday weight gain.

Even if you don't think you're eating «too much sugar» it's often easy to miss how
much extra sugar is actually in the foods you're eating from the store.
When you start looking at ingredients and thinking about how you cook, you realise just how
much extra sugar is hidden in your diet.
I didn't want to add too
much extra sugar to balance out the bitter raw cacao powder, so these swoonuts are more of a milk chocolate flavoured donut — perfect for those who don't like a heavy dark chocolate flavour.

much as possible and try to make a few of your own home made meals each week.

extra coconut
sugar but don't know how
much more if I did that, any thoughts or suggestions?
